it says the rule
If any such event is organised anywhere, then the entire responsibility will be on the organisers and the administration will be responsible for law and order. If there is a lapse in security, then the government will take action against all the organisers and the administration will also be responsible for this accident. Now the question is who gave permission for such a big event and who were the organisers of this satsang? The government has formed a team to find out all these and punish them.
